Catherine Crofton is the Vice President of Sales at Q4 Web Systems and is responsible for the development and implementation of the company’s sales strategy. Catherine has forged strong relationships with small, mid and large cap issuers and is an active member of the investor relations community.A graduate of Ryerson University, Catherine has more than 20 years experience in sales and marketing communications.
She has worked in business development and strategic consulting capacities for some of Canada's most prestigious marketing firms. Her strategies have been implemented by prominent organizations, including Bell Canada, Scotiabank, HP Canada and U.S., RBC Financial Group and Labatt Breweries of Canada.Prior to joining Q4, Catherine was Executive VP, Business Development and then President at Weave Communications, where she was responsible for developing a research and a best practice approach to online IR communications.Catherine maintains an in-depth knowledge of securities regulation and disclosure-related issues. She leads our IR best practice research, is an active member of a number of Toronto-based industry and professional associations and serves as a panel judge for one of Canada’s oldest and most prestigious corporate reporting awards.
