Abigail Horner is a Copywriter for Q4 Inc. She has a post-graduate certificate in copywriting from Humber College and a mini-MBA in digital marketing from Rutgers University. She has experience in copywriting, email marketing, and digital marketing within the tech field in Ontario, Canada, where she resides with her fiancé and their cat, Agnes.
Amit is an innovative leader and entrepreneur with multiple successful start-ups and scale-up ventures under his belt. A disruptor with a technology-first mindset, Amit has made it his mission to lead the IR and Capital Markets space through a digital transformation. As Q4's VP of Client Experience and Managing Director of Europe, he is a leading voice in our global Product, Operations, and GTM strategy. In his personal time, you might find Amit at the Liverpool FC stadium, advising founders of promising start-ups or playing a small part in the mega-fight against climate change.

Amy Statham is the Content Marketing Manager at Q4. Since joining in early 2020, she has contributed to a variety of investor relations and capital markets content pieces including whitepapers, guides, and case studies. Prior to Q4, Amy worked at a software consultancy for 2 years, with over 8 years of tech industry experience.
Andi is a Partner with Joele Frank and joined the firm in 2006. She has extensive experience developing and implementing investor relations and financial communications programs and also advises clients on special situations. Her areas of expertise include investor relations and public relations, M&A, shareholder activism, crisis communications and spin-offs. In 2012 Andi was named one of PR News’ “People to Watch.” Prior to joining Joele Frank, she worked at Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide in the Corporate/Investor Relations practice. She received a BA in English from Dartmouth College.
Aubrey Chapnick is a Product Marketing Manager at Q4 focused on Engagement Analytics Desktop, Surveillance and Shareholder ID. Before joining Q4, Aubrey spent time on the buy and sell side of the capital markets in product management and strategy, investment banking and equity research. He also worked as a management consultant focused on financial institutions and technology companies. In his free time, Aubrey enjoys writing about personal finance, investing, and cheering on the McLaren Formula 1 team.
Ben Pearson has operated in the Investor Relations space for 18-years, many of which were spent specifically working on Capital Markets Day events around the world. Working for RAW Communications, Thomson Reuters, Nasdaq, Intrado, Notified, & Q4 Inc. in that time, Ben has delivered hundreds of IR events and helped IROs navigate the plethora of options they face, including technology, production, physical venues, and content. A veteran of the IR events space, Ben now helps Q4 customers to achieve success in the Capital Markets by consulting on best practice and innovation.
With 15 years of experience across enterprise software and hardware, including product marketing, product, and sales, Bhavesh brings a uniquely complete set of expertise across the customer journey to his role as Director, Product Marketing at Q4. Leading our product marketing organization and go-to-market efforts, Bhavesh works closely with our internal product and customer experience teams, as well as with our clients to understand the trends impacting investor relations and the capital markets, and how to elevate workflows through our leading technology and services.
Christopher Deans is a Director, IR services at Q4, a Chartered Professional Accountant and an FSA Credential holder with 15+ years of experience in corporate finance and investor relations. At Q4 he acts as an advisor and extension of his clients’ IR teams, helping them build-out and streamline their IR programs while leveraging Q4's suite of technologies.
Darrell Heaps is a serial entrepreneur who has spent his career building innovative software companies. As the Founder and CEO of Q4, Darrell has led the company’s vision and unique strategy to help Q4 become a recognized leader in the IR space. Together with the global Q4 team, Darrell is revolutionizing the IR space by delivering advanced technology solutions to help IROs manage, analyze and improve their engagement with the capital markets.
Jack Hensley, Manager of Partnership & Channel Sales at Q4, has over 25 years of investor relations and capital markets experience. Jack’s primary focus is to assist IRO's with the development, implementation and execution of the industries most advanced and effective investor communications, disclosure and financial reporting process.
Jarraf is a Center of Excellence Analyst at Q4 Inc. He completed his undergrad BSc degree in Psychology from the University of Toronto, and has been with Q4 since May of 2020, initially starting off as a Client Success Manager and eventually promoted to his current role in 2021. Prior to this, Jarraf has had several years of experience working in the Client Services industry in various organizations across Toronto. He currently resides in Ontario, Canada.
John Nunziati is an Investor Relations Partner at Q4. He has spent much of his career in Investor Relations and also has broad financial and operational experience at a number of Silicon Valley technology firms. Most recently, he managed Corporate Relationships at IEX, the Investors Exchange. He is active in NIRI and currently serves on the board of directors for the Virtual chapter as President-Elect.
Jonathan is a Senior Analyst, Surveillance and Intelligence at Q4 Inc. where he acts as an advisor providing capital market surveillance and insight to clients across several sectors and market caps. Prior to joining Q4, Jonathan has held roles on both the buy and sell side, most previously as an Equity Research Analyst covering the consumer and cannabis sectors. He currently resides in New York, NY.
Karen is the VP of Client Experience at Q4, working closely with clients as an advisor. Bringing close to 30 years of experience as a senior executive overseeing investor relations and marketing communications for large to small-cap and newly public companies. Additionally, Karen brings first-hand knowledge and best practices for how to successfully navigate through a wide range of investor relations issues such as missed earnings guidance, M&A, activist activity, restructurings, strategic shifts, rebrands, and corporate governance. Karen’s career in Investor Relations includes time at CIGNA Insurance, Safeguard Scientifics, Internet Capital Group (rebranded to Actua), and Hamilton Lane.
Kevin Herraiz is the Director of Q4’s Market Center of Excellence. Since joining Q4 in 2019, he served as a Team Lead in the Surveillance division where he worked with a variety of different clients across several sectors and market caps, including Dow Jones 30 companies. Prior to Q4, Kevin spent six years working in surveillance at Ipreo (acquired by IHS Markit) and became a CFA Charterholder in 2018.
Kristina McCahon is Q4’s Director of Capital Market Events, helping clients create industry-leading virtual conference experiences. Ms. McCahon has nearly ten years of experience in investor relations and the financial services industry including positions at SLANG Worldwide, BMO Capital Markets, RBC Capital Markets, and CIBC Wood Gundy. At those institutions, Ms. McCahon worked primarily on the Corporate Access teams with responsibility for the planning and execution of IPOs and other investor marketing events. She was also actively involved in relationship management, liaising between corporate clients and internal banking, research, sales, and trading teams, as well as institutional investors. Ms. McCahon earned a B.A. (Hons) from Wilfrid Laurier University and a post-graduate certificate in marketing management from Humber College.
Kyle Drewnowsky is a Product Marketing Manager at Q4, overseeing the organization's CRM and Surveillance offerings. Having spent the last 4 years working in FinTech, Kyle enjoys exploring new trends in the industry and debating the future of the rapidly evolving investment landscape.
Matt Tractenberg is an Investor Relations Partner at Q4 and has been a senior executive providing finance and Investor Relations services to public companies, including Cisco Systems and Belden, for more than 20 years. Matt has experience with a variety of sectors including technology, industrial, and basic materials. He is a regular public speaker on corporate strategy, financial market structure, and corporate positioning. He holds a B.S. in Accountancy and an MBA specializing in Financial Management & Markets.
Mike Coffey is the Vice President, Head of Global Partnerships & Alliances at Q4, and has over 25 years of experience in the FinTech industry, including 4 very successful startups. Prior to joining Q4 Inc. in 2015, Mike held a number of senior roles in the investor relations consulting space including Managing Partner and Executive Vice President of Oxford Intelligence Partners, Managing Director, NASDAQ Global Corporate Services Group and Vice President, Thomson Reuters’ Corporate Client Group. Mike started his career at Northern Trust Bank as a Sr. Portfolio Accounting Analyst & Asset Analysis Teamleader.
