Q4 Q-mmunity: code of conduct

Welcome to the Q4 Q-mmunity — a space designed for Investor Relations leaders and learners. We aim to foster an environment that encourages collaboration, support, and meaningful connections. 

Our community serves as platforms for IR professionals to engage, share insights, and build connections.To maintain a respectful community, we request members to use their real names and their organization’s real name. We reserve the right to remove off-topic or self-promotional content.

Positive behavior encouraged:

  • Demonstrate empathy and kindness toward others.
  • Show respect for the opinions, viewpoints, and experiences of others.
  • Give and gracefully accept constructive feedback.
  • Accept responsibility for mistakes, apologize, and learn from the experience.
  • Engage in active listening and thoughtful contribution to discussions.

Inappropriate conduct:

The following behaviors will not be tolerated in the Q4 Q-mmunity:

  • Sexualized language, imagery, or advances of any kind.
  • Trolling, insulting, derogatory comments, or personal attacks.
  • Public or private harassment.
  • Publishing others’ private information without explicit permission.
  • Sharing or soliciting illegal content.
  • Requesting personal information with mal-intent.
  • Posting unsolicited, sales-motivated content or soliciting services whether professional or personal.

Enforcement:

If you encounter a violation, please promptly inform the Q4 Q-mmunity team through an @-mention or by emailing community@q4inc.com. We commit to reviewing, investigating, and responding to complaints promptly and fairly. The privacy and security of those reporting violations will be respected.

We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content, suspend members for inappropriate behavior, and communicate moderation decisions when necessary. Our goal is to uphold the Code of Conduct and maintain a positive community experience for all.
