Andi is a Partner with Joele Frank and joined the firm in 2006. She has extensive experience developing and implementing investor relations and financial communications programs and also advises clients on special situations. Her areas of expertise include investor relations and public relations, M&A, shareholder activism, crisis communications and spin-offs. In 2012 Andi was named one of PR News’ “People to Watch.” Prior to joining Joele Frank, she worked at Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide in the Corporate/Investor Relations practice. She received a BA in English from Dartmouth College.

Aubrey Chapnick is a Product Marketing Manager at Q4 focused on Engagement Analytics Desktop, Surveillance and Shareholder ID. Before joining Q4, Aubrey spent time on the buy and sell side of the capital markets in product management and strategy, investment banking and equity research. He also worked as a management consultant focused on financial institutions and technology companies. In his free time, Aubrey enjoys writing about personal finance, investing, and cheering on the McLaren Formula 1 team.
Ben Pearson is Q4's Director of Sales in Europe and has operated in the Investor Relations space for 18 years, many of which were spent specifically working on Capital Markets Day events around the world. Working for RAW Communications, Thomson Reuters, Nasdaq, Intrado, Notified, & Q4 Inc. in that time, Ben has delivered
hundreds of IR events and helped IROs navigate the plethora of options they face, including technology, production, physical venues, and content. A veteran of the IR events space, Ben now helps Q4 customers to achieve success in the Capital Markets by consulting on best practice and innovation.

Christopher Deans is a Director, IR services at Q4, a Chartered Professional Accountant and an FSA Credential holder with 15+ years of experience in corporate finance and investor relations. At Q4 he acts as an advisor and extension of his clients’ IR teams, helping them build-out and streamline their IR programs while leveraging Q4's suite of technologies.

Jarraf is a Center of Excellence Analyst at Q4 Inc. He completed his undergrad BSc degree in Psychology from the University of Toronto, and has been with Q4 since May of 2020, initially starting off as a Client Success Manager and eventually promoted to his current role in 2021. Prior to this, Jarraf has had several years of experience working in the Client Services industry in various organizations across Toronto. He currently resides in Ontario, Canada.

John Nunziati is an Investor Relations Partner at Q4. He has spent much of his career in Investor Relations and also has broad financial and operational experience at a number of Silicon Valley technology firms. Most recently, he managed Corporate Relationships at IEX, the Investors Exchange. He is active in NIRI and currently serves on the board of directors for the Virtual chapter as President-Elect.
Kevin Herraiz is the Director of Q4’s Intelligence Center of Excellence. Since joining Q4 in 2019, he served as a Team Lead in the Surveillance division, where he worked with a variety of different clients across several sectors and market caps, including Dow Jones 30 companies. Prior to Q4, Kevin spent six years working in surveillance at Ipreo (acquired by IHS Markit) and became a CFA Charterholder in 2018.
