Ben Pearson is Q4's Director of Sales in Europe and has operated in the Investor Relations space for 18 years, many of which were spent specifically working on Capital Markets Day events around the world. Working for RAW Communications, Thomson Reuters, Nasdaq, Intrado, Notified, & Q4 Inc. in that time, Ben has delivered
hundreds of IR events and helped IROs navigate the plethora of options they face, including technology, production, physical venues, and content. A veteran of the IR events space, Ben now helps Q4 customers to achieve success in the Capital Markets by consulting on best practice and innovation.

Darrell Heaps is a serial entrepreneur who has spent his career building innovative software companies. As the Founder and CEO of Q4, Darrell has led the company’s vision and unique strategy to help Q4 become a recognized leader in the IR space. Together with the global Q4 team, Darrell is revolutionizing the IR space by delivering advanced technology solutions to help IROs manage, analyze and improve their engagement with the capital markets.
Edgar is a Financial Markets Associate Director for Q4 with a BS in Finance from Rutger’s Business School and has been with Q4 since February of 2020. He started as a Capital Markets Senior analyst until he was promoted to associate director. His responsibilities include monitoring ownership of publicly traded clients by analyzing Depository Trust Company (DTC) settlements for broker-to-broker equity and listed corporate/municipal debt securities transactions. He also serves as the main point of contact for keeping Corporate Officers, Board of Directors, and Investor Relations apprised of their institutional ownership trends.

Kevin Herraiz is the Director of Q4’s Intelligence Center of Excellence. Since joining Q4 in 2019, he served as a Team Lead in the Surveillance division, where he worked with a variety of different clients across several sectors and market caps, including Dow Jones 30 companies. Prior to Q4, Kevin spent six years working in surveillance at Ipreo (acquired by IHS Markit) and became a CFA Charterholder in 2018.
